Booyco Engineering has expanded an existing Service Level Agreement (SLA) at a major South African coal mining operation to now include all light duty vehicles (LDVs) on site, further strengthening its role in supporting fleet reliability, operator comfort and safety across the mine\u2019s full mobile equipment portfolio.<\/p>\n\n\n

The agreement previously covered the yellow metal component of the mine\u2019s fleet including rigid frame and articulated dump trucks as well as loading equipment. The expanded scope now brings the site\u2019s LDV fleet under the same structured maintenance programme, ensuring a consistent approach to HVAC system performance across all mobile assets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to Brenton Spies, Managing Director of Booyco Engineering, the extension reflects the growing recognition that HVAC system performance is critical across all categories of mining equipment.<\/p>\n\n\n
